Bailey participated in the Washington Media Scholars competition, where her team was tasked with developing a strategic media plan for a hypothetical public policy issue. They used data from reputable national research and ratings firms to create an effective media strategy to reach their target audience.

 

During the competition, Bailey was responsible for carefully allocating funds across various media platforms. She prepared the final media budget using Excel and provided a detailed analysis of the budget based on the research they were given.
